Click & collect orders placed online before 11am, Mon-Fri, will be processed that day, and will be available the following working day.
Orders placed after 4.30pm on a Friday may not be processed until Monday morning, please either wait for an email confirming your order is being processed, or ring and speak to the trade counter who will be able to help. 01454 313135
‘Special Order’ items and ‘Non Stock items’ may not be available the next working day, we will advise as soon as we process your order via email, when we will be expecting stock, and when you can collect.
Please wait for your confirmation email that your order has arrived before attempting to collect.
On arrival please take your receipt to the trade counter along with a form of Identification (Drivers License, Bank card etc).
The individual named on the invoice must be present to collect the goods.
All items need to be checked before you leave and you will be required to sign to acknowledge you have accepted the goods given.
